IEEE Nine September University (IEEE DEU) Student Arm is an international student community that supports academic and professional development of students in science, technology and engineering fields. We organize national and international peaks, technical projects, workshops and trainings throughout the year with technical and administrative committees. Theory aims to grow the competent engineers, technology leaders and entrepreneurs of the future by bringing the sector together.

TÜGA (Turkey Initiative Network) is a community platform that operates in order to reveal the potential of young people, transform innovative ideas into projects and strengthen Turkey’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. The 600+ community member brings together 100+ project teams, 10+matic committees and 35+ mentors with youth training, mentoring, networking and project development opportunities. NextUp’26 Summer Camp organizes programs that support the development of young people by reaching 300+ applications; we encourage business associations in different areas such as sustainability, R&D, engineering, biotechnology, public relations and technology. As TÜGA, our goal is to create strong connections between cities and sectors, and to develop a sustainable ecosystem that can create a entrepreneurship network from Turkey to the world.
