Masqot Business
Your panel is ready: what can you do here?
Your business account has been created and your Masqot Business panel is open. This guide walks through the panel section by section: what each screen does, which feature unlocks on which tier, and exactly what happens when you hit a limit.
The Business Starter tier is free forever. You can start using Overview and the Collaboration CRM without paying anything; at each step we've noted which part unlocks on which tier.
- Overview
Step 1 / 6: Find out who's seeing you
The panel's first screen shows your organization's visibility on Masqot: how many people viewed your profile, how your followers grew, and where your collaboration requests get stuck.
The lookback window depends on your tier: Starter 5 days, Tier 1 one month, Tier 2 three months, Tier 3 unlimited. Data outside the window is never sent from the server, so it's not "the data is there but hidden"; it's genuinely inaccessible.
Seeing who your visitors are is a separate feature. On the Starter tier you only see the count. Tier 1 unlocks visitor identities for the last month, Tier 2 for three months, and Tier 3 for all time.
Overview: numbers are open to everyone, visitor identities depend on tier. - Collaboration
Step 2 / 6: Never miss an incoming request
Collaboration requests are managed here like a CRM: you can add a stage (in talks, offer made, closed), notes and tags to each request.
Stages, notes and tags are available on every tier. The difference between tiers is how many requests you can track at once. When your quota is full, notes you've already written stay readable; you just can't track a new request. Data you create is never locked.
The number of collaboration offers you can send per day also depends on your tier. The counter resets daily, and skipping a suggestion doesn't use up your allowance. On higher tiers you can download the list as a spreadsheet and take bulk actions.
Every request sits in a stage; notes stay readable even when the quota is full. - Smart Matches
Step 3 / 6: Discover companies you could collaborate with
Companies that might be a fit appear one by one as cards; swipe right if you're interested, left to skip. Each card also shows why it was suggested, like overlapping industry, goals and interests.
Swiping right doesn't send an offer. It follows that company, adds it to your potential list and sends them a notification. You decide when and how to send an offer, from the Collaboration tab.
Your daily allowance is only used by swiping right; swiping left is free. The allowance depends on your tier (starting at 5 on Starter, up to unlimited on the top tier) and resets daily on Türkiye time.
The other party can't look up who swiped on them. They only get a notification when you swipe right on them, and only once per pair. Scores and reasons are shown only to you and never sent to them.
Swiping right means follow + potential list; an offer is a separate step. - Marketplace
Step 4 / 6: Offer your product to Masqot members
You publish your product or service and set member-only perks. Your first product goes through admin review. After approval your brand is trusted and your next products go live directly. For this, the product needs a destination link; otherwise it stays a draft. For trusted brands, title and image changes don't require re-review; the only exception is moving the destination link to another domain, which always triggers a new review.
Coupon pools are set up across four member levels. You set a separate perk and codes for each level; members get a code from the highest filled pool at or below their level. When a pool runs out, you add new codes.
To be honest about measurement: clicks and code claims are counted automatically, but sales and commission figures are entered manually for now. So your sales chart will look empty until we enter them; that's not a bug.
The first product is reviewed; the rest go live directly. - Ads
Step 5 / 6: Get seen by the right people
You set up campaigns, choose who sees them, and track impressions and clicks. The real unit of value is impressions, not the number of campaigns: how many campaigns you can run at once and how many monthly impressions you get are set separately.
Targeting has four levels: none → basic (city, expertise) → advanced (interests, experience, industry) → full. Gender and age are only available on the top tier, with the member's explicit consent and category restrictions. On the top tier you're also shown first in the same slot.
Impressions are tied to the calendar month and renew at the start of each month. A temporary tier earned through invites doesn't unlock the ad quota; it unlocks the other modules.
Impressions are a monthly allowance; targeting level depends on tier. - Subscription
Step 6 / 6: See your tier and quotas
Your business tier, remaining quotas and Creator add-on (if any) on one screen. Business Starter is free forever; you can use Overview and the Collaboration CRM there too. Visitor identities, period comparison, CSV export and bulk actions unlock on higher tiers.
Business and Creator are two separate ladders. Neither grants nor limits the other; you can have both at once. You can change your tier anytime; quotas take effect immediately and your content isn't affected.
You can also temporarily unlock a higher tier without paying by inviting friends. The temporary tier's end date is shown on this screen; when it expires, you automatically return to your paid tier and no data is lost.
The temporary tier's end date is shown here; data is never deleted.
