Masqot Creator

Your application was approved: what's in your panel?

Your Creator panel is open. This guide walks through six steps: what each screen does, which feature unlocks on which tier, and exactly what happens when you hit a limit.

The Free tier never expires. You can build your community, publish events and manage attendees without paying anything. Upgrading mostly raises the limits of the same features; only Telegram, courses (LMS) and automation are features that unlock on higher tiers.

  1. Communities

    Step 1 / 6: Build your community

A community is where your members meet: posts, channels and announcements live there. Enter its name, cover image and description and publish it; you can leave it open to everyone or require approval to join.

Limits by tier: Free: 1 community, 250 members, 3 channels. Plus: 5 communities, 2,500 members, 15 channels. Pro: 25 communities, 25,000 members, unlimited channels.

What happens at the limit? Nothing is deleted or hidden. Only new additions stop: after the 250th member no one new can join, and the existing 250 members stay. Even if you downgrade, no data is lost.

You get a warning as the member count nears the quota; no one is dropped from the list.
  2. Events

Step 2 / 6: Publish your first event

The cover image should be landscape (1920×1080). Square images get cropped in lists and your text becomes unreadable.

You can collect registrations in three ways: (1) on Masqot: you get the attendee list; (2) via your own link: Masqot only redirects, and you can't see attendees; (3) approval-based: you accept applications one by one. If you set a capacity, registration closes once it's full; if you leave it empty, it's unlimited.

Monthly events: Free 2, Plus 15, Pro unlimited. Attendee management is unlimited on every tier. Extra application questions: Free 2 per event, Plus 8 (and 5 saved form templates), Pro unlimited.

Cover 16:9; registration can be on Masqot, via your own link, or approval-based.
  3. Attendees

    Step 3 / 6: Manage your attendees

Who registered, who's awaiting approval, who showed up: all in one list. You can filter by event, status and date, and download the list as a spreadsheet (CSV).

Monthly list downloads: Free 1, Plus 25, Pro unlimited. When you run out, the list stays visible on screen; only downloading is disabled.

If you enabled approval-based registration, you accept or decline applications here; either way, the attendee is notified.

Pending approvals at the top; the list can be downloaded as CSV.
  4. Insights

    Step 4 / 6: Measure what's working

Community reports and event reports are separate; you can pick any community or event and focus on it. Member growth, attendance rate and your members' expertise/city breakdown are here.

Lookback: Free 30 days, Plus 365 days, Pro unlimited. Audit log (who changed what and when): 7, 90 and 365 days respectively.

Data outside the window is never sent from the server. Groups with very few people are also combined under "Other", so no number that points to a single person is shown.

Community and event reports are separate; the window depends on your tier.
  5. Email, notifications and integrations

    Step 5 / 6: Reach your members

Bulk email: monthly recipients Free 100, Plus 2,000, Pro 15,000. Push notifications: 1, 30 and unlimited per month respectively.

Telegram: not on Free, 1,000 messages per month on Plus (manual sending), unlimited on Pro. Automation (welcome emails for new members and automatic posting to Telegram) only on Pro.

Courses (LMS): not on Free, 5 courses on Plus (unlimited lessons), unlimited on Pro. You publish courses exclusively for your community.

The recipient list is filtered automatically by consent status.
  6. Subscription

Step 6 / 6: Manage your team and tier

Admins (per community, excluding the founder): Free 1, Plus 3, Pro unlimited. Support: community support on Free, email on Plus, priority support on Pro.

You can upgrade or downgrade your tier anytime. Quotas take effect immediately and your content isn't affected. The Free tier never expires; it's not a trial, and you can stay on it as long as you like.

If you have a business account, Masqot Business is a separate ladder; neither grants nor limits the other, and you can have both at once.

The Free tier never expires; quotas don't affect your data.

Things to know

Legal

Marketing emails only go to those who opted in

Campaign and promotional emails are sent only to members who have opted in; the system filters the recipient list automatically, and someone who hasn't opted in won't receive the message even if they appear on your list. This is required by the Turkish E-Commerce Law and can't be turned off or bypassed. Transactional notifications such as event reminders and application results don't go through this gate; they always reach the recipient.

Legal

If you collect data at your event, a privacy notice is required

If you collect personal data such as name, phone or company with extra application questions, you need to add a privacy notice when creating the event. Downloading the attendee list and using it for another purpose (e.g. adding people to an unrelated campaign) is a KVKK violation.

Caution

The power to moderate is yours, and so is the responsibility

You can hide or pin content in your community, and mute or remove members. Every action is written to the audit log and kept for 7–365 days depending on your tier.

Info

Quotas never delete data

When a quota is full or your tier drops, your communities, events and attendee records stay as they are. Only new additions stop; when you upgrade again, everything picks up where it left off.
