Basic Sign Language Training

With the cooperation of Gazi University Career Planning Application and Research Center and Development Pool, the “Basic Sign Language Training” will be realized in the participation of students. This training aims to bring communication to a more inclusive, accessible and empathy-based point, while participants aim to develop the skills of communicating correctly and effectively with hearing impaired individuals. Within the scope of education; basic information will be addressed to the history of the point language, to the correct recognition of the right and hearing impaired individuals. Trainer: Nurten Palaz Date: 24 March Tuesday Time: 20:00 Participants will experience daily communication elements such as family and time concepts, marker structures and routing expressions that are used to express themselves with the sign language. In addition, it is aimed to provide a functional competence that can be used in education, often on basic expressions and practical language uses that may be needed in different communication situations. We learn together for a world where communication is accessible for everyone.
