Networking platform
Networking platform for tech professionals
Masqot is the networking platform for the tech ecosystem. Developers, designers, product managers, AI professionals, founders and community builders meet here. You join communities, sign up for events and connect with people you're interested in through introductions both sides approve. When the event ends, your network doesn't scatter; the people you met stay in your profile, your following list and your messages.
How it works
How networking works on Masqot
Communities
Find communities by field: AI, software, blockchain, design, entrepreneurship and more. Follow a community's posts, channels and events in one place.
Events
Meetups, webinars, hackathons and workshops. Find an event, sign up, get a reminder. Stay connected with other attendees after the event.
Mutually approved introductions
Masqot suggests people based on your interests and goals. An introduction request becomes a connection only if the other person accepts. Direct messages open only with people you mutually follow or whose introduction request you've accepted.
Feed and forum
Share what you know, ask questions, join discussions. A good post makes you visible to people who don't know you yet.
Collaborating with organizations
Startups and companies are on Masqot with business profiles. You can send collaboration requests to business profiles and, once accepted, talk to them directly.
Who it's for
- Tech professionals. People at any stage of their career who want to meet others in their field and keep their network active beyond events.
- Community founders and organizers. People who manage their members, events and announcements from the Masqot Creator panel.
- Startups and companies. Those who want to reach the right communities, talent and business partners (Masqot Business).
- Universities and institutions. Those who want to run the same platform on their own domain (Masqot Edition).

Tips
A few habits for good networking
Write a clear profile
Say what you do and what you're looking for in two sentences. Instead of "I'm interested in AI", try something like "I'm an ML engineer working with health data and I'd like to meet someone on the product side." Suggestions are shaped by this information.
Look before the event, write after
Follow the community behind the event you signed up for. Send an introduction request to the person you talked to at the event on the same day, with one sentence reminding them what you talked about.
Contribute first
Answering a question in a community, sharing a resource or posting a note from an event gets you known. People usually accept requests from someone whose posts they've read.
Little but often
A few meaningful connections a week work better than sending a batch of requests once a month.
The difference
What sets Masqot apart from other networking tools
- Your network lives on after the event. In many event tools, the attendee list closes along with the event. On Masqot, the people you meet stay in your network through lasting profiles, follows and messages.
- Community, events and people in one place. You don't have to keep the community in one place, the event in another and the people you met in a third.
- Introductions with both sides' approval. No mass messages. A connection is made only when both sides want it.
- Open community pages. Community pages are public and can be found in search. Your private profile and direct messages are open only to the people you choose.
- 8 languages, web and mobile. Masqot is available in Turkish, English, German, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French and Azerbaijani, with apps for iOS and Android.
- Individual membership is free. You don't pay to join communities, sign up for events or request introductions.

Frequently asked questions
What is a networking platform?
A networking platform is a digital space where people build and grow their professional network. Masqot focuses on tech: communities, events and mutually approved introductions on one platform.

How do introduction requests work?
Masqot suggests people based on your interests. You send a request; if the other person accepts, you're connected and can message each other. A request that isn't accepted doesn't open a conversation.
Can anyone message me?
No. Direct messages open only with people you mutually follow, whose introduction request you've accepted, or you're actively collaborating with.
Can I make my profile private?
Yes. With a private profile, your posts are visible only to your connections.
How do I stay connected with attendees after an event ends?
You can follow the community behind the event you attended and send introduction requests to people you met. Your connections stay on your profile after the event too.
Does Masqot have a mobile app?
Yes, there are apps for iOS and Android. On the web, it's available in 8 languages.
How do I publish my community or event on Masqot?
