Contents and Focus Points of the Program

The program aims not only theoretical knowledge of participants, but to undertake real projects in teams with Agile working principles.

• Technical Focus Areas: Software Development (. Net, Java, Frontend, Mobile), Database, Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Cyber Security and Cognitive Services.
• Business Focus Areas: Strategic units such as business solutions, financial software and data privacy (KVK).
• Working Model: The program usually offers remote operation, but the office facilities are also open for those who want.
• Duration: Volunteer long term internships usually take 5 months and can be extended for 5 months in line with performance. The mandatory internships are planned according to the time specified by the school.

The Future Entry program opens its doors to a wide range by targeting young talents in different stages of academic journey. The program provides new graduates and senior undergraduate students with 2nd, 3rd and 4th class students of universities. Applicants are expected to come from related disciplines, which are primarily sought for training visions or support units in technical departments such as Computer Engineering, Software Engineering and Industrial Engineering. Academic infrastructure as well as fundamental competencies that are sought in candidates; the curiosity that is constantly learning, the ability to produce solutions against complex problems and the high passion that is rapidly opposite to the changing technology world.

• Software Development: Modern languages and microservice architectures.
• Data and Artificial Intelligence: Large Data Management, Data Architecture and Data Analytics.
• Cyber Security: Corporate security processes.
• Agile/Scrum: Taking place in real projects with Agile management methodology.
• RPA and ERP: Robotic process automation and enterprise resource planning systems.

In order to be accepted to LC Waikiki TechVenture program, candidates must first study at the end-class student or higher undergraduate/doktora level, which may be graduated in 2025 or 2026 years. As academic infrastructure, competencies in similar disciplines are also evaluated, along with priority recognition to candidates from technical departments such as Computer, Software or Industrial Engineering.

Eczacıbaşı - EnGenius'26

EnGenius'26 invites engineering and technology enthusiasts to produce solutions on digitalization in production processes.

• Theme: New Technologies in Production.
• Categories: Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Quality.
• Project Process: Selected candidates observe VitrA Tile facilities by creating teams and develop projects with expert mentors for 4 weeks.
• Final: The developed solutions are presented to the leaders of the Eczacıbaşı on the final day.

Candidates Criteria and Application Process

• Test and Evaluation: General talent and technical interest tests are sent to the applicants who are appropriate.
• Video Interview: A short video recording is asked for candidates to tell themselves and motivation.
• Team Selection: The selected finalists are divided into teams and the process begins officially with the project stage at 13 February 2026.

Candidates who want to participate in the Eczacıbaşı EnGenius'26 program are expected to be the 3rd or 4th grade undergraduate students of universities or the Master’s students. It is necessary for candidates to study in engineering departments, mainly for Industry, Machinery, Computer and Software Engineering. In addition, candidates need to have a strong interest against analytical thinking and up-to-date digital transformation trends that will solve complex problems.

• Awards:The first prize is given to the teams in the category of the competition (e.g. 30,000 TL per team during the past periods).

PEP-Mercedes Long Term Internship

Contents and Focus Points of the Program

These programs are designed not only an internship, but as a long-term "extention" process.

• Duration: It is often a long-term experience that lasts 11-12 months.
• Departments: Production, Sales-Marketing, AR-GE, IT Finance, Human Resources A wide range of tasks such as Corporate Communication is offered.
• Focus Point: Internships are positioned not only "visor" but directly as a team member who takes responsibility in global projects. The program focuses on combining theoretical information with real business projects.
• Development Journey: Professional development of the candidate is followed by "Onboarding" programs, technical trainings and mentoring support throughout the process.

• Evaluation Center: The problem solving skills of candidates with case analysis and group studies are measured.

The candidates to refer to Mercedes-Benz’s long-term internship programs are expected to be academically ranked in the graduation stage; in this context, it is essential to be involved in the last class of 4 years undergraduate programs or continued to Master’s education. As a global working environment is presented, candidates are critical to master at least one of English or German languages. In order to ensure the continuity of the program, candidates must have at least 2 or 3 days a week during the academic period, a course program and flexibility that can continue to work in full time during the summer holidays.
